Texas Governor Greg Abbott, like a lot of Republicans these days, will do or say anything to save his political ass. Blaming wind turbines for power outages is bad enough. But opening Texas up 100% and removing all mask mandates will kill a lot of people who don't need to die with vaccines just around the corner.
